
Tanushree Dutta breaks down in video, claims harassment at home since MeToo row
Actor Tanushree Dutta, a prominent figure in the Indian film industry, has come forward with allegations of harassment at her home. In a video where she is seen breaking down, she said that she has been harassed since 2018. The actor also added that she had called the cops to help her.
On Tuesday night, she shared a video expressing her distress. She stated that harassment has been ongoing since her outspoken stance in the #MeToo row. With tears in her eyes, she said that she would be going to the police station to lodge a formal complaint about the unwanted intrusions at her home.
In the video, Dutta detailed the incident, emphasising the emotional toll it has taken. "Guys, I am being harassed in my own home. Mujhe mere he ghar mein pareshaan kiya ja raha hai. I just called the cops and they have asked me to visit a police station and lodge a proper complaint. I will probably go tomorrow and do that, I am not keeping well."
