Independence Day 2025: Delhi Traffic Police Issue Advisory | Check Restrictions, Alternate Routes

In view of the Independence Day celebrations, the Delhi Traffic Police has issued a traffic advisory ahead of Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s address to the nation from the ramparts of Red Fort in New Delhi on August 15.

As part of the celebrations, a full-dress rehearsal for the arrangement was conducted on the morning of August 13, during which traffic restrictions were imposed in the national capital.

The rehearsal, which lasted for six hours and included participation from security personnel and other ceremonial arrangements. The entry of all general vehicles were barred.
