Maharashtra Reviews Security, Cyber Attack Threat Amid India-Pak Tension

Maharashtra Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis on Friday chaired a high-level meeting to review the state's security and preparedness. This move comes amid rising tension between India and Pakistan.

Fadnavis held detailed discussions with senior police and administrative officials, issuing multiple directives to enhance readiness and public safety.

Deputy Chief Minister Eknath Shinde was also present in the meeting, along with Chief Secretary Rajeshkumar, Director General of Police Rashmi Shukla, Mumbai Police Commissioner Deven Bharti, Municipal Commissioner Bhushan Gagrani, Additional Director General of Police (Civil Defense) Prabhatkumar, Principal Secretary of the Home Department Radhika Rastogi, Additional Inspector General of Intelligence Shirish Jain, and the District Collectors of Mumbai and Mumbai Suburban.
