Manipur Chief Minister N Biren on Sunday handed over his letter of resignation from the CM post as the state remains in the grip of an ethnic violence. Singh reached the Raj Bhavan in Imphal on Sunday and handed over his letter of resignation to Governor Ajay Kumar Bhalla as his government faced a floor test.
