Congress MP Shashi Tharoor, who is leading an all-party parliamentary delegation as part of Operation Sindoor outreach to five countries, including the United States, Panama, Guyana, Brazil and Colombia, departed from Delhi in early hours of Saturday, saying that India would not be silenced by terrorism.
"We need to speak up for our country, for our response, and to give the world the message that we will not be silenced by terrorism,” Tharoor said at the Delhi airport, ahead of his departure.
"We don't want the world to look away either. We don't want indifference to triumph over the truth. It's a mission of peace, a mission of hope," he added.
