Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashmah show produced by Asit Modi has been entertaining the masses for almost around two decades. The first episode aired in the year 2008 and since then, the show has been a favourite of all. Stars like Dilip Joshi, Munmun Dutta, Mandar Chandwadkar, Amit Bhatt and many more have been associated with the show.

Over the years, many stars have become a part of the show, and quit too. In recent times, rumours went rife that stars Dilip Joshi and Munmun Dutta are going to quit Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashamh. Nidhi Bhanushali, who used to be Sonu in Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashmah, has now shared her veiws on the same.

In an interview with Hindi Rush, Nidhi Bhanushali mentioned that the monotony of the show can get anyone and no star needs to justify their decision to quit the show. The actress said that "Aap kitne hi time ke liye ek cheez roj kar sakte ho. Everybody has a life and has a right to think about what they want to do for themselves." Nidhi also added that even though Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashmah is a big show, work is just work.
