Rising Bharat Summit 2025: Jay Kotak To Share Leadership Insights At The Conclave

Jay Kotak of Kotak Mahindra Bank will share his thoughts, learnings and insights at the Rising Bharat Summit 2025, the fifth edition of the CNN-News18’s leadership conclave, to be held in New Delhi on April 8-9.

Jay Kotak, Co-Head at Kotak 811 and SVP Conglomerate Relationships at Kotak Mahindra Bank, completed his schooling at the Cathedral and John Connon School and holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and a BA in History from Columbia University. His experience includes a stint at McKinsey and an internship at Goldman Sachs. Jay started his career as an intern at Goldman Sachs in 2010 before joining Infina Finance Private Limited as an Analyst. He also worked with McKinsey as Business Analyst for two years (2011 – 2012).

Last year, Jay was featured in Fortune India’s 40 Under 40 List for leading Kotak Mahindra Bank’s digital arm Kotak 811 from the front. Jay’s vision for Kotak811 extends beyond traditional banking; he aims to position it as a leader among technology companies revolutionising the banking sector.
