A Delhi court on Monday granted bail to Abhishek Gupta, the former CEO of RAU’s IAS Study Circle, and Deshpal Singh, the institute’s coordinator, in connection with the deaths of three Civil Services aspirants at the institute in July 2024.
Shreya Yadav, 25, from Uttar Pradesh, Tanya Soni, 25, from Telangana, and Nevin Dalvin, 28, from Kerala, drowned in the institute’s basement after it was flooded with rainwater.
Granting a regular bail to the accused, the court ordered Mr. Gupta and Mr. Singh to submit a personal bond of ₹1 lakh along with two sureties.
