Water level in Mullaperiyar dam stands at 118.65 feet

Water level in Mullaperiyar dam on Tuesday stood at 118.65 feet (the maximum permissible level is 142 ft.) with an inflow of 39 cusecs and a discharge of 556 cusecs. The level in Vaigai dam was 64.46 ft. (the maximum level is 71 ft.) with an inflow of 240 cusecs and a discharge of 819 cusecs. Combined storage in Periyar credit was 4,283.39 mcft.
