HCL Technologies on Friday reported a 20% year-on-year jump in net profit for the June quarter to Rs 4,257 crore. Its net profit in the same quarter last year was Rs 3,534 crore.
The revenue from operations rose by 7% compared to the previous year, reaching Rs 28,057 crore.
The board has announced an interim dividend of Rs 12 per share for the financial year 2024-25.
"The Board of Directors has declared an Interim Dividend of Rs. 12 /- per equity share of Rs. 2/- each of the Company for the Financial Year 2024-25," said the exchange filing.
The company has set July 23 as the record date for this interim dividend, which will be paid on August 1.
